SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing time
Orders are processed in 2–4 business days. You will receive an order confirmation after checkout and a separate shipping confirmation as soon as tracking is available.

Estimated delivery
Canada and United States: 7–15 business days.
Europe, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand: 8–20 business days.
Other international destinations: 10–25 business days.

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and can be affected by customs, peak periods or carrier delays. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking
When your order is fulfilled, we send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to the order-status page. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to begin updating.

EU IMPORT VAT, DUTIES AND CLEARANCE FEES
Orders shipped to the European Union are dispatched from outside the EU. Import VAT, customs duties, taxes, and carrier handling or customs-clearance fees may be charged by the destination country’s authorities or by the carrier upon arrival. These charges are not included in the amount paid to ZAIVR at checkout and, where applicable, are payable by the recipient. The amount and collection process vary by destination and carrier. ZAIVR does not currently collect EU import VAT or customs duties at checkout and does not use the IOSS scheme.

Address changes and delivery issues
Please verify your delivery address before placing the order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately through our Contact page. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment begins. For delayed, lost or damaged deliveries, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
